We talked to over 20 HR managers from SMEs, large companies, and international corporations to identify the biggest challenges in in-house mentoring programs. We have summarized the results in a comprehensive report that we would be happy to provide to you.

Our Team

Michael completed his training at the KV Business School Zurich and UBS. During 6 intensive years in professional development at the major bank, he gained valuable insights into how to inspire employees from different fields and cultures towards a common vision, even within complex corporate structures. During this time, he first encountered the topic of mentoring. The positive effects impressed him, and he decided to make this tool accessible to other companies – in the form of an intuitive tool for HR.

Pauline studied law and is currently deepening her knowledge in international relations at the University of St. Gallen. During her work at a law firm, she became aware of how much potential is lost when knowledge is not systematically shared within the company to support employees. In a Legal Tech startup, she was able to gather valuable experience in product development. She is now applying this know-how to further develop our mentoring tool, with a clear focus on the added value for companies.
