In-house Mentoring in Numbers and Voices: How are organizations currently implementing internal mentoring programs? The menteez study 2025 delves into this question. Through over 30 interviews with HR and program leaders and a wide-ranging employee survey, we examined how mentoring is currently implemented internally and what recommendations can be derived for organizations.

  • Participating Organizations: Organizations, including companies, administrations, universities, and associations across various industries. HR managers and program leaders discuss in-house mentoring programs.

  • Methodology: Interviews with 35 HR managers and program leaders combined with surveys of employees.
