Our Motivation

It's a people's business!

Successful organizations emerge where people learn from each other, strengthen one another, and willingly share knowledge. Nevertheless, structured mentoring is often crowded out in everyday life by time pressure and routines – valuable potential remains untapped.

During six intense years in professional development at the major bank, he gained valuable insights into how to inspire employees from diverse professional backgrounds and cultures towards a shared vision, even within complex corporate structures. It was during this time that he first encountered the concept of mentoring. The positive impact left him impressed, and he decided to make this tool accessible to other companies as well – in the form of an intuitive tool for HR.

Pauline studied law and is currently deepening her knowledge of international relations at the University of St. Gallen, while also being supported by the Swiss Study Foundation. She has also gained valuable experience in product development at a Legal Tech startup, which she now brings to the further development of our mentoring tool, with a strong focus on creating tangible value for companies.
