Your data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations (GDPR, Swiss DSG) as well as this privacy policy. For affected persons residing in Switzerland, the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) applies; for persons from the EU/EEA, the GDPR applies.

3.1 When Visiting the Website
When accessing our website www.menteez.ch, the following technical information is automatically collected:

Purposes: Provision of the website, ensuring stability and security, prevention and investigation of abuse or fraud.

5. External Service Providers and Tools
5.1 Framer (Website & Hosting)
Our website is hosted by Framer B.V., Johan Huizingalaan 763A, 1066 VH Amsterdam, Netherlands. Personal data (name, email, message) from the contact form is forwarded via Framer's infrastructure to our email address and processed on our behalf.
Data is primarily stored on servers in the EU (AWS data centers). Transfer to the USA is possible in exceptional cases and is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
A data processing agreement has been concluded with Framer.

5.2 Email Service Provider Infomaniak SA
Provider: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland. We use Infomaniak for sending and receiving emails.
Again, there is a data processing agreement in place.
6. Cookies & Analytics Tools
Our website does not use cookies that store personal data unless you explicitly consent to analytics tools (Opt-In).
7. Retention Period
Personal data will only be stored as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as long as there are legal retention obligations. After the purpose ceases or the legal deadlines expire, the data will be deleted.
